Biodynamic Touch

INTRODUCTION TO CRANIOSACRaL THERAPY

Introduction to the Practice

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a non-invasive healing art that touches the many layers of ones being and encourages the life force resources to promote a process of change toward greater health-toward a unified wholeness.

This one day workshop is designed to serve as a brief introduction into the field of craniosacral therapy & Biodynamic Touch. This course is open to those who have not yet been exposed to any training in this practice. This is also an offering for those who have had previous exposure to the practice and are interested in nourishing their connection to the work. All are welcome.

In addition to experiential guided exploration in the field with hands-on practice, our time together will also include discussion about the history of the practice of craniosacral therapy, offer an introduction to some of the core components of the practice and provide supportive tools to bring into your daily life and professional practice.

This particular way of engaging with the living system naturally invokes cultivation of embodied presence. This cultivation of presence enhances the quality of the interface that is inherent in the exchange of touch.
Technique then becomes more than simply placing ones hands in a particular place on the body but instead also includes the development of ones ability to practice attuning to the Stillness and being responsive to the Movement of Life.

All participants will have a chance to learn byway of giving and receiving touch during our hands-on practice time.

  • Magical

I truly enjoyed the essence of sacred space you created, the relaxed way you taught and attuned with your easy trust in the organic unfolding process and the intuitive way you have of guiding adequate timing for topics, the patience for processing and the sense of when to take breaks. I was able to receive downloads clearly and easily and felt a strong sense of trust in being able to discuss whatever came up along the way. Thank you!

  • Structure & Flow

I found it very well planned. All topics seemed to fluently build upon each other through the course of the day. There was a seamless flow of transitions between information taught, allowance for processing, discussions and adequate timing for breaks to ground and re-energize. Nicely orchestrated!

  • Professionalism & Flow

The instruction was very thorough & Stacy always checked in about how I was feeling and if I had questions. All the information was very clear & the format flowed well from section to section.

  • Experience as a whole

I felt very ready to receive this knowledge & although it seemed like a lot of information to take in it felt very natural to practice it & in no way was overwhelming. I’m eager to now practice more and share with others.

  • Significant Moments

Honestly I think just connecting with other people in this world is the best, most significant part for me. It served as a reminder how important touch is, as well as being deeply seen and heard.

  • Gratitude

Thank you for the depth of your lessons, attention & guidance. I’m so grateful for this experience. And I had so much fun! :)

  • Take aways to apply in daily life

Trusting myself more and moving toward the quiet within myself and others.
