The tending of the neutral witness acts as the active resource that aides the transformation and transfiguration that transpires during the healing process.
This course is intended to support the strengthening of the neutral observer who’s role is to witness what is presented moment to moment and in so doing provide opportunity for life affirming change.
The Foundations course provided the groundwork for the cultivation of internal awareness, our interoceptive abilities, and strengthened the ability to tend to our inner landscape while in relational connectivity. In this course we begin to straddle our attentive awareness between self and other a bit more to receive more information with our sense-ability during the treatment process.
All participants will receive several hours of treatment during this course. We recommend that participants allow themselves time to integrate in the evening after class and the days that follow the completion of the workshop. You will likely want extra quiet time to rest and renew.
Biodynamic Touch is beneficial for healthcare practitioners such as craniosacral practitioners, massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, nurses, ND's, MD's, physical therapists, yoga teachers, acupuncturists, psychologists, social workers, psil*cybin facilitators etc. to apply in their area of expertise.

Presence Cultivation through Tea & Touch
“Tea has the ability to drop us into Presence, the state of still being in the movement of the moment. It is a way to experience being both separate and inseparable from the energy of life. In this state, we are the water in the cup and water outside the cup, we are the container and the contained. The beauty with tea medicine is that we get to experience this in a very grounded way, with our eyes open, connected to both our identities as individuals and our identity as the essence of life itself, pure being. The water of our life and life itself moves without and within, yet our awareness, the cup, never changes." — Po Li
Date: Saturday, August 5th 2023 : A Community Event for Bodywork Practitioners
We will begin our journey together with tea master, Po Li, leading us through a process of coming into harmonic resonance with chosen teas that will support our collective body to settle into Presence. The tea journey will last roughly one hour to ninety minutes depending on how the collective process develops as we receive the medicine of the teas presented.
When the tea journey completes we will transition into a group practice of collective presence cultivation via the application of touch. Utilizing the relational field we will make contact with the opportunity to interact with the vibrant aliveness present within and around us. Each person will practice in the role of the recipient on the treatment table and as the one who is offering touch. Hands-on practice rounds will last one hour to ninety minutes.
This gathering will be offered at Heavens Tea Temple in outer SE Portland off of Foster ave, near Leach Botanical Gardens.

Advance your skills with vector, pressure, surface area of contact.
Increase your sensitivity to quietude as a marker for proper application during treatments.
Develop pineal perception to palpate the central channel and quietude directly.
Treat with both hands in different locations; each hand at a local density.
Treat with both hands in different locations; working the space in-between the hands.
Improve your standing, full body scanning assessments to prioritize where and how to work.
Apply integrative effleurage to reconnect dissociated regions, leaving the client feeling three dimensional and whole.
